From the feedback
given by the pupils the followings should be the
characteristics of an
ideal teacher.

teacher should be well versed in his subject.

teacher should have the basic knowledge about other subjects.

teacher should give enough freedom for the students to
share their views and
opinion.

he/she should not show any discrimination towards his/her pupil.

he/she should be confident while teaching.

she should have a lovable character.

teacher should try to understand the student’s personal
problems and keep a
healthy relationship with the teachers.

teacher should give suggestions for correcting the
student’s mistakes
instead of punishing them.

teacher should make and maintain a good relationship with
the parents of
children.

teacher should be a role model for the society.
